Kleeneze Frequently Asked Questions

How Does Kleeneze Work?

For a complete description, visit this page: “How Does Kleeneze Work” or click here to request a Free Kleeneze info Pack. However, here is a brief summary:

Kleeneze is a Home Shopping Business which anyone (over age 18) can join, and earn extra money in their spare time, part time, or full time.

There are 2 parts to it: The first part consists of delivering catalogues to houses where you live, collecting them back a couple of days later, and delivering the orders to your customers. You earn 21% of the value of all of the orders you receive. The more catalogues you put out, the more orders you get, and the more you earn.

On top of that, at the end of every month Kleeneze pay you a bonus. The bonus is based on the orders that you’ve received, but also, if you come across someone else who might be interested in earning some extra money, and you introduce them to Kleeneze, then your bonus is based on their orders as well as your own. Some people really focus on that side, as you can earn a lot more that way, but some people just want to do the catalogues.

It is up to you.

How old do I have to be to join Kleeneze?

You must be 18 Years Old to be a Kleeneze Distributor.

Do I get allocated an area?

No. You can choose to deliver your catalogues wherever you want. We recommend that you start off near where you live, there is no point in driving to the other side of town, you might aswell save yourself time and money by delivering locally. However, if you want more customers, you can expand your area and deliver as many catalogues as you want, wherever you want.

What if there is already a distributor in my area?

This is not unusual, as Kleeneze has been around since 1923. However, most distributors will just be delivering to their regular customers. If you deliver to every house in a street, you may get one or two saying, “Oh  thank you, but I already get a catalogue from Sue, and I don’t really want to change”, in which case you just cross those off your list, and continue delivering to the other houses in the street.

Your customers will come from all of the houses in between, who haven’t received a catalogue from the other distributor for a while.

How much commission do I get paid?

You earn around 15% – 21% of the value of all of the orders you receive. On top of this you earn bonuses each month based on the total amount of orders you and your team (if you have team members) have placed.

How much can I earn with Kleeneze?

That depends on how much time you are able to commit to it. Your income is based on the orders that you receive. To give you an idea, take a look at some of these Kleeneze Success Stories. As you grow your customer base your income will grow, as you are delivering to more and more regular Kleeneze customers.

If you are serious, you can build a team of Kleeneze Distributors, in which case your earnings can be significantly more.

How much time do I need?

You need to be able to spend at least 10-15 hours a week as a Kleeneze Distributor. If you can commit more time, then you will build your earnings more quickly.

Do I need a car?

No. Most distributors build a customer base very close to where they live, certainly within 20 minutes or so walk. However, if you live in a small village or a rural area, then it would be more challenging without a car.

Do I have to buy the products first?

No. When you receive orders from your customers, you send the orders to head office. Head Office then deliver the products to you. You deliver the products to your customers, and your customers pay you. You then pay Head Office for the cost of the goods, and keep your commission.

What if a customer changes their mind?

That’s no problem, in fact it is one of our best selling points.

For whatever reason, whether the customer has changed their mind, or it is not quite how it looks in the catalogue, or it is too big, too small, or damaged, you can simply give the customer a refund, or order a replacement. Kleeneze will collect the product from you. You are not out of pocket, and there is no charge to you.

I haven’t done anything like this before. Is there any training?

Of course. There is a variety of support, training, and coaching to help you get whatever you want out of your Kleeneze business.

  • Local meetings
  • Training webinars
  • Training videos
  • One to one Phone calls
  • One to one meetings
  • Guidebooks

Your sponsor will make sure that you have everything you need to get you started.

I have a friend who’d like to join. Can they?

Certainly. They can be your first team member, and help you get a great start to your business. Just ask your sponsor how to sign your friend up into your team.

What if I lose lots of catalogues?

You will lose catalogues, especially in the first month when you are delivering to new houses. Kleeneze help you with this by sending you free catalogues as you place orders during your first 60 days. These are called your Welcome Rewards, and these free catalogues help to replace the ones you lose.

Many distributors get to the end of their first month with more catalogues than they started with, which is great to help you find more customers.

Can I buy products for myself?

Yes – when you place an order for your customers, you can add any items to that order for yourself. You earn 15% – 21% commission on those orders as well.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

If you place an order by 3pm on any day, it will be delivered to you within 2 working days. For example, order by 3pm Monday to get delivery on Wednesday. Order by 3pm Thursday to get delivery on Monday.

Will it affect my benefits?

You need to check this with your local benefits office to be sure, and different benefits vary. Some benefits are not means tested. That means you can earn as much as you want and your benefits are not affected. Some benefits are means tested – that means as you earn more money, your benefits are reduced.

However, as a rough guide – you can probably work for 16 hours per week without your benefits being affected.

To be certain – speak to your local benefits office.
